My wife Amy and I moved to North Carolina in 2012 and we have been doing ministry in the Rockingham County area ever since. I am originally from Jacksonville, Florida.  I grew up in First Baptist Church, Jacksonville where I came to Christ at a young age and was baptized. 

Amy and I met in seminary in Kentucky and got married in 2005. We have two high school daughters who love the Lord and love participating in the local theater. 

We came to Spray Baptist Church in February of 2025 because we felt called by God to be a part of the ministries here at Spray. The church has been a light to this community for over 120 years and we look forward to seeing what God does now and in the near future.

My wife Beth and I moved to North Carolina from Texas in 2025 and we excited to serve and worship alongside with this loving church family. 

I graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with my Master of Arts in Church Music. While I was in seminary, I served as the Minister of Music at Stadium Drive Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas. Before that, I earned my Master of Education from Houston Baptist University and Bachelor of Behavioral Science from Hardin Simmons University.   

We came to Spray Baptist Church in December of 2025. It is my desire in leading people to worship God corporately and to encourage the church and community at large to become faithful followers of Christ.
